What Have We Got Here?

Put a reading or spelling spin on your Easter fun with this fantastic FREE bundle. We have 4 different, stunning egg designs to use in your own Easter egg hunt. Designed for us by North Lodge Design.

How Are You Meant To Use Your EasTer Bundle?

Pop over to our pages that help you in how to use these little beauties in:

AN ANAGRAM EASTER EGG HUNT

Reorder letters to uncover the clues!

Finding individual letter eggs to rearrange to uncover a clue! This aids spelling and supports spelling patterns.

A SENTENCE REORDERING EASTER HUNT

muddled sentences on eggs

Shuffle the eggs around to find a sensible sentence.

Finding individual word eggs to rearrange to cover a clue. This supports context, comprehension and grammar.

AN INFERENCE EASTER EGG HUNT

A hint takes this to a whole new level!

Finding complete clues either as clear locations (e.g. “Look under the table.”) to support comprehension or as cryptic clues (e.g. “Don’t get seasick!” to imply it might be on a swing) to support context and inference skills.

A Preposition Easter Egg Hunt

preposition clues easter egg hunt

Use a mix of ambitious prepositions and directional language.

All of the above but include lots of opportunities to practise positional and directional language to support Maths and language development.

What Else Can We Do With Our Eggs?

The options are endless. Link to maths with codes or math problems to crack to solve the mystery in order to find your Easter treasure. You could write story sections on each egg and the challenge is to put them into the correct order – you could even tell the story of Easter this way! Perhaps you could hide the eggs with story prompts – such as characters, settings, events – and once found, your little learner needs to create a story with those elements.

These have a rich potential! Get downloading!
